How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our delivery timeline is divided into two distinct processing phases, operating strictly on a business day framework (Monday through Friday):

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days. This includes order validation, quality checks, packaging, and sorting.
  • Transit Time: 2 – 6 business days. This is the duration your package spends traveling with the carrier to your doorstep.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 3 – 8 business days from the date of purchase.

What is your daily order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.

  • Orders completed before 5:00 PM EST enter our fulfillment system on the same business day.
  • Orders completed after 5:00 PM EST, or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), will begin active warehouse handling on the subsequent business Monday.

To ensure your shirts, skirts, and dresses arrive in pristine condition, we partner exclusively with trusted domestic delivery networks:

Our logistics system dynamically assigns the best carrier route based on your geographical location at the moment of dispatch.

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your package is labeled and ready for carrier pickup, our system automatically sends an email containing your unique tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from receiving this email for the courier network to scan the parcel and update its digital tracking database.

2. Returns, Cancellations, & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date your package was marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to initiate a return request for any unworn clothing items.

Are there any restocking fees for returns?

No. Bojjico charges absolutely zero ($0.00) restocking or processing fees. If your return clears inspection, you will be refunded the exact purchase price paid for the garment. Please note that original shipping charges ($6.99 flat rate paid at checkout) are non-refundable.

What are the conditions for returning clothes?

To protect inventory standards, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be entirely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, or smoke.
  • All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must remain securely attached.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return package arrives back at our warehouse facility, it will undergo an intake inspection. If your items clear inspection, we will authorize and process your refund within 7 days. The funds are automatically credited back to your original payment method.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, but you must act quickly. Because we work hard to process orders immediately, you must email your modification or cancellation request to support@bojjico.co before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) on the day of purchase.

  • If your request is submitted before 5:00 PM EST, we can change sizes, correct address typos, or void the order for a full refund.
  • If the request arrives after 5:00 PM EST, the order cannot be halted, and you must follow our standard 30-day return process upon delivery.
